The Foam pre-motor filter can be found in the base of the vacuum. To access it, simply remove the dirt cup and look at the bottom of the machine. This washable filter must be completely dry before being re-installed to prevent damage to your vacuum. Rinse it gently with warm water and let it dry for 24 hours before using it again. For detailed instructions, consult the owner's manual.
