Samsung + LG Washers Error Codes
Samsung and LG washing machines can display diagnostic codes when a cycle cannot proceed normally. The meaning of an error code depends on the brand, exact model and sometimes the model revision. A generic code chart is not a substitute for the correct service information.
How to interpret a washer error code
Record the exact code as shown, including letters and numbers. Photograph the complete appliance model and serial label and note when the error occurs: filling, draining, heating, spinning or door locking. Check safe external causes first, such as closed water taps, a kinked accessible drain hose, an unbalanced load or a door that has not fully latched. Follow the manufacturer guidance for your specific model.
Choosing replacement parts
A displayed code identifies a system to investigate, not automatically a failed part. An inlet problem may involve water supply, filters, valves or controls; a drain error can relate to an obstruction, pump, hose or sensor. A qualified technician should handle electrical testing and internal mechanical repairs. Verify the component in an approved model-specific diagram before ordering.
The former page contained a single oversized mixed-brand table, so its individual cross-brand entries have not been carried forward without verification.
