Returns, exchanges & warranty

Need help with a part you purchased? Call 1-877-899-7278 with your order number to request an exchange or warranty review. You can sign in to your account to find your order details. Our team will review the item and applicable terms with you. Please obtain authorization before shipping a part back.

Certified Pre-Owned parts

Certified Pre-Owned parts carry a 30-day exchange policy. If another suitable used replacement is unavailable, the credit from your used part will be applied toward a new replacement. Any price difference is payable. This policy provides an exchange or credit toward a new part, rather than a cash refund.

New parts & warranty

Parts sold by XPart Supply Ltd. include a 30-day replacement-only warranty from the date of purchase. Please contact us about a warranty concern before returning an item.

Special orders

Special-order parts are prepaid and ordered specifically for you. Once ordered, they are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Please confirm the full model number and correct part before ordering; our team can help. These sales terms do not change the replacement-only warranty described above.

Other returns & installation

Outside the warranty and Certified Pre-Owned exchange terms above, sales are final. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

XPart Supply Ltd. is not liable for costs beyond the original purchase price, including labour, installation, service fees, or direct or consequential damages. Gas parts must be installed by a licensed contractor. We accept no liability for improper installation or unlicensed work.
