How to Find the Correct Oven or Range Part
Start with the complete appliance model number. The identification label may be located around the oven-door frame, behind the lower storage drawer, underneath a lift-up cooktop or on the rear cabinet.

Common Oven and Range Problems
An electric oven that will not heat may have a failed bake element, broil element, sensor, thermostat, relay or control board. A surface burner that overheats or will not regulate may have a failed infinite switch or element. Gas ovens may have igniter, valve, burner or control problems.
Cooking appliances use high voltage, high temperatures and, in some models, combustible gas. Disconnect electrical power before service. Gas components should be diagnosed and installed by a qualified, licensed technician where required.
