Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We reserve the right to verify order details before shipment, including billing and shipping information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight
• Package dimensions
• Shipping destination
• Carrier rates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada.
If you require shipping outside Canada, please contact us before placing your order.


Carrier Information

Orders may be shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or other qualified carriers at our discretion.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


Delays & Carrier Issues

XPart Supply Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Circumstances beyond our control

If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Refused delivery
• Failure to collect

Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Backorders

If an item is backordered:

• You will be notified as soon as possible
• Estimated availability will be provided when available
• Orders may ship in multiple shipments when necessary

We are not responsible for manufacturer backorder delays.


Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged:

• Note the damage with the carrier at time of delivery
• Take photos of the packaging and contents
• Contact us immediately at support@xpartsupply.com

Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
