Warranty & Liability Disclosure

All parts sold by XPart Supply Ltd. include a 30-day replacement-only warranty from the date of purchase. No refunds.

XPart Supply Ltd. is not liable for any costs beyond the original purchase price, including labour, installation, service fees, or any direct or consequential damages.

All gas parts must be installed by a licensed contractor. We accept no liability for improper installation or unlicensed work.

All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by Ontario law.

All appliances are sold “as is” with no warranty, express or implied.

By completing this purchase, the customer agrees to all terms above.
