Skill Level: EASY — 15–20 minutes. Disconnect power to the range at the breaker or by unplugging before beginning. Remove the two mounting screws at the back of the oven cavity, pull the element forward, disconnect the two wire terminals, and connect them to the new element before reversing the steps. Do not force the terminal connectors — they should seat firmly without tools.
