By replacing worn drum glides with this genuine GE kit, you'll restore smooth, quiet drum rotation and prevent further damage to your dryer. Worn glides can cause excessive noise, poor tumbling action, and potential damage to the drum and other components.
The drum glides are located at the front of the dryer drum where it contacts the front bulkhead. Installation requires removing the dryer cabinet and drum. Basic tools and mechanical aptitude are required.
