Skill Level: EASY — 10–15 minutes, no special tools required. No need to unplug the refrigerator for this repair. Open the refrigerator door and locate the handle mounting screws on the interior door edge. Remove the old handle screws and pull the handle free from the door. Position the new handle over the mounting holes and thread in the WR01A01801 screws by hand first, then tighten firmly. Do not overtighten — stainless steel handles can crack at the mounting boss if over-torqued. Repeat for the freezer door handle.
