✅ Cross Reference Information

Common Symptoms

• Dryer drum not turning
• Dryer stopped spinning
• Squealing or drive-belt noise
• Dryer vibration or shaking
• Burning smell associated with a worn or slipping belt

Check Before Replacing

• With power disconnected, turn the drum by hand; unusually easy rotation can indicate a broken belt, but does not by itself confirm the diagnosis.
• Inspect the belt for breaks, fraying, stretching, glazing, or other visible damage.
