The YS640s ships with Yoder Smokers' new Adaptive Control System (ACS) featuring Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a ceramic ignition system, and custom large orange casters. The main chamber offers two 16″×20″ cooking grates (1,070 sq. in. total) plus a 15.5″×28″ second-level slide-out shelf. Front and side shelves are fabricated from 7/16″ hard chrome-plated round bar steel. A 20-lb hopper, counterweight door, grease drain door, stay-cool handles, and a probe port round out the package.

Assembly is straightforward with two people — plan for approximately 60–90 minutes. Ensure the grill is placed on a level, non-combustible surface with adequate clearance from structures. Season the grill before first use by running it at 350°F for 45 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residue. Register your warranty with Yoder Smokers immediately after setup.
