At XPart Supply, we're committed to getting your appliance parts to you as quickly as possible. All orders ship from our Canadian warehouse with same-day processing for orders placed before 3 PM EST.

Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 3 PM EST Monday-Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your part for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all labels and documentation
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Electrical parts that have been installed or used
  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges

All OEM parts come with the manufacturer's warranty. Premium XPart alternatives come with our quality guarantee. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge.
