OEM Parts
All genuine OEM parts come with the manufacturer's warranty, typically 90 days to 1 year depending on the part and manufacturer. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
XPart Alternatives
Premium XPart alternatives come with our quality guarantee. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge.

✓ Filing a Warranty Claim
If you need to file a warranty claim for a defective part:

Return authorization: We'll provide a return authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label

✓ Warranty Terms & Conditions
Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and the defective part must be returned for inspection.
Our liability is limited to replacement of the defective part. We are not responsible for labor costs, consequential damages, or other expenses related to the failure of the part.
