Stainless Steel & Rubber Options | Replace Every 5 Years | Fast Shipping Across Canada & USA
Washing machine hose failure is one of the leading causes of home water damage in Canada and the United States — and it's almost entirely preventable. A burst fill hose can release hundreds of litres of water per hour. This 2-pack gives you both hot and cold line replacements in one order, with stainless steel braided and rubber options to fit your setup and budget.
Fill hoses are universal fit — compatible with virtually all top-load and front-load washing machines with standard 3/4" garden hose thread inlets. Don't see your model listed? Contact us and we'll confirm fit before you order.
Fill hoses connect your home's hot and cold water supply valves to the washing machine inlets. They operate under constant water pressure every time the machine fills — which is why they degrade faster than most homeowners expect. Rubber hoses degrade from the inside out, meaning the exterior can look fine while the inner lining is cracking under pressure. Learn when to replace your washing machine hoses and what warning signs to look for.
Replace your fill hoses immediately if you notice: bulging, blistering, or cracking on the hose body, rust or corrosion at the brass fittings, any moisture or dripping at the wall connection or machine inlet, hoses that are 5+ years old (rubber) or 7+ years old (stainless steel), or hoses with an unknown installation date.
Includes 2 hoses per set (one hot, one cold) | Standard 3/4" GHT fittings fit virtually all washing machines | Stainless steel braided option: 60" length, burst-resistant woven jacket over rubber inner lining | Rubber option: 48" length, flexible black rubber construction | All fittings are brass for corrosion resistance | Compatible with top-load and front-load washers.

Turn off hot and cold supply valves before starting. Pull washer away from wall for access. Place a towel under connections — residual water will drain. Thread new hoses hand-tight first, then snug with a wrench — do not overtighten. Turn water on slowly and check both ends for leaks. Note the installation date for your 5-year replacement reminder.
Fits virtually all standard washing machines with 3/4" GHT inlet fittings including GE, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, Kenmore, Bosch, Electrolux, Frigidaire, and more. Always verify your machine's inlet thread size before ordering.
How often should I replace washing machine hoses? Every 5 years for rubber hoses, every 7–10 years for stainless steel braided hoses. See our full guide: When to Replace Washing Machine Hoses.
Do I need to replace both hoses at the same time? Yes — both hoses are the same age and wear at the same rate. Always replace the hot and cold hoses together.
Are stainless steel hoses worth the upgrade? Absolutely. The burst resistance of stainless steel braided hoses is significantly better than rubber. The price difference is small compared to the cost of water damage.
What size hoses do I need? Most washing machines use 60" hoses. The 48" rubber option works for machines closer to the wall. Measure the distance from your wall valves to the machine inlets before ordering. Contact us if you're unsure.
What are the warning signs of a failing hose? Bulging, blistering, cracking, rust at fittings, or any moisture around connections. See our full warning signs guide.
