How to Find Your Appliance Model Number

Where to Find Your Appliance Model Number

Your model number is the key to finding the exact replacement part that fits your appliance. Here's where to look for the most common appliance types:

🧺 Washer (Top Load)

Open the lid and look along the top rim of the drum, or check the back panel near the top.

🧺 Washer (Front Load)

Open the door and check the door frame (inside the rubber gasket area) or the back of the machine.

👕 Dryer

Open the dryer door and look on the door frame or inside the drum on the front wall. Also check the back panel.

🧊 Refrigerator

Open the fridge door — the label is usually on the interior side wall, near the top or bottom. For French door models, check inside the freezer drawer as well.

🍽️ Dishwasher

Open the dishwasher door and look along the top edge of the door frame or on the side of the door itself.

🔥 Range / Oven / Stove

Open the oven door and look on the frame around the oven opening. Also check the back of the range or the drawer below the oven.

🌬️ Microwave (Over-the-Range)

Open the microwave door — the label is usually on the inside door frame or the interior ceiling of the unit.

💨 Dishwasher / Range Hood

Check inside the filter compartment or on the underside of the unit.
