The LG 6323EL2001B Dryer Thermistor mounts to the blower housing and changes electrical resistance as exhaust-air temperature changes. The dryer's electronic control uses this signal to monitor and regulate heating during the cycle. It replaces discontinued LG OEM number 6323EL2001H.

A failed or inaccurate thermistor may contribute to incorrect heat, long drying times, premature shutdown, overheating or a temperature-sensor error code.
