Skill Level: EASY — 5 minutes. No tools required and no power disconnect needed for this repair. Tilt the front of the shelf downward, slide the rear tabs out of the rail slots, and lift the shelf free. Reverse the steps to seat the new shelf — rear tabs engage first, then lower the front until it clicks level. Do not force the shelf into position — if resistance is felt, verify the tabs are aligned with the rail slots before pressing down.
