The WH03X32097 is a genuine OEM transmission drive pulley for compatible GE and Hotpoint top-load washing machines. The drive pulley connects the drive belt to the transmission, transferring motor power to drive both the agitation and spin functions. When the pulley cracks, wears, or breaks, the belt slips or comes off entirely, causing the washer to lose agitation or spin capability.
Symptoms that indicate you need this part: washer won’t spin or agitate, drive belt slipping or squealing, loud thumping or belt noise during the cycle, or visible damage to the pulley when inspected.
