The Supco URCO410 is a universal 3-in-1 hard start kit that combines a solid-state start relay, overload protector, and start capacitor in a single compact unit. It is designed to replace a failing or weak OEM start relay on household refrigerator compressors rated 1/4 HP to 1/3 HP. When a refrigerator compressor struggles to start — clicking repeatedly, running briefly then shutting off, or not starting at all — the URCO410 provides the additional starting torque needed to get the compressor running reliably. It is compatible with refrigeration systems with or without run capacitors, making it a true universal solution across a wide range of refrigerator brands and models.

The URCO410 operates on 110 to 125 VAC and is rated for compressors up to a maximum RLA (Running Load Amps) of 6.8 amps. The solid-state relay eliminates the mechanical click relay that commonly fails in older refrigerators. The overload protector guards the compressor against thermal damage from excessive current draw. The start capacitor provides the extra electrical boost needed during compressor startup. All three functions are integrated into one plug-on unit that connects directly to the compressor start and run terminals.
