The Yoder Smokers Standard Cart All-Weather Fitted Cover is designed to protect compatible YS-series pellet grills during storage from rain, snow, dirt and wind-driven debris. Select 90495 for the YS480/YS480S standard-cart family or 90496 for the YS640/YS640S standard-cart family.

Is This the Right Cover?

Confirm the complete smoker model and cart configuration before ordering. Competition-cart covers are different products and should not be selected by grill model number alone.

Check Before Ordering

• Confirm whether the smoker is a YS480/YS480S or YS640/YS640S model.
• Confirm the grill is on a standard cart, not a competition cart.
• Choose SKU 90495 for the YS480 family and SKU 90496 for the YS640 family.
• Confirm the chimney stack can be positioned as required so the fitted cover seats correctly.

Part Details

Installation Notes

1. Allow the smoker to cool completely before installing the cover.
2. Remove loose debris and make sure the exterior is dry.
3. Position the chimney stack as required for the fitted cover.
4. Drape the cover fully over the smoker, hopper, shelves and standard cart.
5. Secure the cover using its latches or buckles and keep the vents unobstructed.

Do not place the cover over a hot smoker. Store the cover dry when it is removed from the grill.
