Common Symptoms
- Display does not function correctly.
- Temperature settings or system-alert access cannot be operated through the display/control interface.
Check Before Replacing
- Confirm the appliance has power before attributing a display/control issue to this assembly.
- On models with a Lock control, press and hold Lock for three seconds to rule out a locked control panel before diagnosing a failed assembly.
- After unlocking the panel, observe whether the display illuminates and whether normal button presses produce the expected panel response; this does not by itself confirm that the assembly is defective.
- Verify the appliance model number against the supported-model listing before ordering or replacing the assembly.
Pro Tip
For a panel that appears unresponsive, first rule out the normal control lock: compatible control panels can lock automatically after inactivity and require holding Lock for three seconds to unlock.

Installation Notes
- Disconnect the appliance from power before accessing an electronic display/control assembly.
- Confirm the model number before installation; use the appliance-specific service documentation because panel access and mounting details can vary by model.
- Do not treat a display symptom alone as proof that this assembly has failed; rule out panel lock and basic appliance power first.
