134793511 is a genuine Electrolux/Frigidaire dryer idler-arm and pulley assembly. It maintains tension on the drum drive belt so the motor can rotate the dryer drum.

The assembly replaces OEM numbers 134793500, 134793512, and 7134793500. The idler spring (131601000) and drum drive belt (134719300) are separate parts not included in this assembly.

A worn, cracked, or seized idler pulley can cause squealing, belt slippage, inconsistent drum movement, or a drum that does not turn. Similar symptoms can also result from a broken or worn drive belt, motor, blower obstruction, drum rollers, drum seals, or another component.

Inspect the idler arm, pulley, spring, belt routing, and other rotating components before ordering. Confirm the complete dryer model before installation.

Disconnect electrical power before servicing. Photograph or document the original belt routing before removing the belt.
