Dragon fruit is native to Central America and is now consumed all around the world. It is also known as "Pitaya" and comes in various forms and colors. 

Bossen's Dragon Fruit syrup has a beautiful signature magenta color and it will add a refreshing taste to any summertime tea. It has a mildly sweet flavor and it tastes similar to a blend of pear and kiwi.

Suggested Use for Multi-Use Fruit Syrups

Iced (Fruit Refresher/Sparkling Refresher/Italian Soda) (16 fl oz): Add 2 fl. oz. of your choice of Bossen fruit syrup to a cocktail shaker. Then add ⅔ of a 16 fl. oz. cup of ice (6 oz. by weight) and 8 fl. oz. of tea, sparkling water, club soda, lemonade, fruit juice or your choice of liquid. Shake well and serve. Add popping boba or tapioca balls to enhance the customer experience. Take it up on notch by adding "Spicy Chili Powder Blend". Your customers will love these!

Hot (16 fl oz): Add 2 fl. oz. of your choice of fruit syrup and 12 fl. oz. of hot tea to a hot cup. Stir well and serve.

Blended (16 fl oz): Combine 3 fl. oz. pf your choice of fruit syrup and 2 scoops of non dairy creamer (for a smoothie) in a blender jar. Add a heaping 16 fl. oz. cup of ice (13 oz. by weight) and 4 fl. oz. of water. Blend well and serve.

Premium Fruit Slush in a Slush Machine: The ratio of syrup to water is 1:5 (1 part syrup and 5 part water). As there are many brands of slush machines with different slush consistency be sure to tweak the recipe or change the slush consistency of your machine to suit your needs.

Great as a fruit puree, making fruit juice, making fruit slushies or serving real fruit smoothie. For Flavoring Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt, we recommend adding 8 oz. of syrup to every one gallon of plain ice cream or frozen yogurt base mix. Some stores even use this product as a syrup topping on frozen yogurt. What:

2.2 oz. flavored syrup

0.8 oz. fructose or to taste

7 oz. cold water

6 oz. ice

How:

1. Ratio of syrup to water + ice is 1:6.
2. Add syrup, fructose and cold water into a 16 oz shaker, stir until dissolved.
3. Add ice until full.
4. Shake well and enjoy.

Dragon Fruit Flavored Tea

What:

2 oz flavored syrup

7 oz sugar-free tea

7 oz ice

fructose to taste

How:

1. Add flavored syrup and tea into a 16 oz shaker.
2. Add fructose to taste if desired.
3. Add ice until full.
4. Shake well and enjoy.

Dragon Fruit Flavored Milk Tea 

What:

1.5 oz flavored syrup

1.5 oz non-dairy creamer

7 oz hot sugar-free tea

6 oz ice

fructose to taste

How:

1. Add non-dairy creamer and hot tea into a 16 oz shaker and stir until dissolved.
2. Add ice and stir.
3. Add 1.5 oz of syrup. Add fructose to taste if desired.
4. Shake well and enjoy.

Dragon Fruit Slush

What:

3 oz flavored syrup

2 oz water

16 oz ice

How:

1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend well and enjoy.
