The WW03A00241 is a genuine OEM drive motor with pulley for compatible GE unitized washer/dryer combo appliances. The drive motor powers both the agitation and spin functions of the washer. When it fails, the washer drum won’t agitate or spin, the motor may hum without turning, or you may hear loud grinding or buzzing from the motor area.
Symptoms that indicate you need this part: washer fills with water but won’t agitate, drum won’t spin, loud humming or grinding noise during the wash cycle, motor runs but drum doesn’t move, or washer stops mid-cycle. Directly replaces 233D2737G002.
