A Frigidaire washer that overfills with water, won’t fill at all, or stops mid-cycle with no error has a failed water level pressure switch. In most Frigidaire and Electrolux top-load and front-load washers, the water level pressure switch is the pneumatic sensor that monitors tub water level and signals the control board when to stop filling and begin agitation — when it fails, the machine either never stops filling (overfill), never starts filling (no water), or stops mid-cycle because the board receives a false water level signal. ⚡ Common failure point in Frigidaire-built washers. Part 134762010 is the genuine OEM replacement that restores accurate water level sensing and normal cycle operation immediately.

✔ If these symptoms match, the water level pressure switch is the most likely failed component in the system.
✔ In most cases, replacing this pressure switch restores normal fill and cycle operation immediately.
Skill Level: MODERATE — 20–40 minutes. Disconnect power before beginning. Access the pressure switch by removing the control panel or top panel depending on your model, disconnect the wire harness and pressure hose from the switch, and swap the switch. Reconnect the pressure hose securely — a loose hose connection will cause the same overfill or no-fill symptoms as a failed switch and is the most common post-repair issue.
