The WG04F07165 tub gasket runs along the full perimeter of the dishwasher door opening and is seated in a channel in the tub liner. Gasket failure is most commonly caused by age-related hardening and cracking of the rubber or silicone material, or by physical damage from sharp objects. A leaking tub gasket is typically visible as water pooling on the floor in front of the dishwasher during or after a cycle. WG04F07165 supersedes the previous part number WD32M00021. As this part is NLA, no aftermarket alternatives are currently confirmed — contact us if you need help sourcing a compatible gasket or exploring repair options.

✓ Installation Tips
Disconnect power before beginning this repair. Repair difficulty: 2/5. Estimated time: 15–30 minutes. The tub gasket is seated in a channel that runs around the perimeter of the door opening on the tub liner. To remove: open the dishwasher door and pull the old gasket out of the channel starting at one corner, working around the perimeter. Clean the channel thoroughly before installing the new gasket. Press the new gasket firmly into the channel starting at the top center and working outward to each side, then down. Ensure the gasket is fully seated with no gaps or lifted sections. Run a short cycle and check for leaks before considering the repair complete. Note: As this is an NLA part, handle with care during installation.
