Skill Level: Moderate — 30–45 min. Disconnect power and turn off the water supply before beginning. Remove the lower spray arm and filter assembly to access the pump housing at the base of the tub. Disconnect the drain hose and wire harness, unscrew the pump, and install the new unit in reverse order. Torque mounting screws to hand-tight only — over-tightening cracks the pump housing. Run a short cycle to confirm full drain before reassembling.
