Is This the Right Part?

✅ Cross Reference Information

Common Symptoms

• Ice dispenser does not dispense ice when the dispenser is activated.
• Ice crusher or auger does not turn because the coupling is worn, broken, or no longer engaging the drive shaft.

Check Before Replacing

• With power disconnected, inspect the coupling at the bottom of the ice bucket for visible cracking, rounded engagement surfaces, or breakage.
• Confirm that the ice-bin coupling engages the refrigerator drive shaft when the bucket is installed.
• Check that the ice auger turns with the coupling rather than slipping independently.
